Isaiah 52:13-53:12 Good Friday 2022: The Suffering Servant
April 15, 2022
We commemorate Good Friday by looking at a prophecy, given over 700 years before the birth of Jesus that describes, in detail, His sufferings and death. We learn that Jesus is God's long-promised special Servant. We learn that God purposes for His Servant to be exalted, that God also purposes for His Servant to suffer, and that the Servant's exaltation is a result of His suffering. We see how this is fulfilled in the death of Christ.

Benjamin Hatch | April 12, 2020
Part of our series on 1 Corinthians. Paul's begins his final argument in this book declaring the centrality of the Christian doctrine of bodily resurrection. Benjamin Hatch | April 10, 2020

John 1:1-18 Christmas 2018: The Word Became Flesh
Benjamin Hatch | December 23, 2018
We consider the central truth of Christmas: that the Word, One who is distinct from the Father and yet shares His divine nature, became a real human being, Jesus, who lived a perfect, sinless life, died on the cross on our behalf, and rose from the dead. In Jesus alone is access to the Father, and in Jesus alone is the Father most clearly revealed.
